Food for thought

Pickles: friend or foe?

Well I love pickles because they're low in fat, calories, cholesterol and are green vegetables. The down side is all the sodium that they use in the preservation of cucumbers. Hey...how bout a low salt or salt-free pickle? But then again, that probably would change the flavor and texture altogether.

Low in points according to Weight Watchers , but high in sodium.
