Remember "Lovely Rita" from The Beatles Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band?

Standing by a parking meter when I caught a glimpse of Rita"

Unfortunately Hurricane Rita will be anything but lovely. Like her sister Katrina, she has already breached some levees in New Orleans and will likely flood portions of Texas. Rita's already being blamed for the death of 24 elderly evacuees, during the chaotic mass evacuation. Although the storm has been downgraded to a Category 3, Katrina's vivid memories are causing Gulf Coast Texans to take Rita seriously. Galveston, which is directly in Rita's line of fire was the site of 6000 deaths during an unnamed storm in the year 1900.
