my thoughts on the Great Blue Heron It is a majestic bird who teaches us the wisdom of standing still, waiting patiently, while what we need comes to us. Allow the dignity of Great Heron to inspire us: practice walking with assurance and deliberation, taking our time and refusing to be hurried.
This was taken while I was walking around Boca Ciega Bay last summer.
